Welcome candidates! We are excited to feature you on the WomenCount platform. Listed below are the documents and other information we will need to set you up to receive payments. We use Democracy Engine for our payment processing; if you already have a Democracy Engine account, please let us know by emailing us at candidates[at]womencount.org.
Please upload the following to the Democracy Engine dropbox:
1 ) This form, which is required by our payment processor Democracy Engine: https://democracyengine.com/womencount_signup
2 ) Bank documentation like a voided check with your campaign name printed on it or if you do not have checks for your account, we will accept a letter from your bank. The letter must include the full routing and account numbers and the registered name of the account. It should be on the bank’s letterhead with a signature from a bank representative.
3 ) A campaign registration document that proves your campaign is registered with the appropriate election board. This usually is a statement of organization or declaration of treasurer form.
