It’s barely Tuesday, and already this week our country has been plunged deeper into crisis.
At the Supreme Court, Republicans are barreling ahead with a nominee tainted now by two credible sexual assault allegations. And Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein is said to be on his way out—giving Donald Trump an opportunity to interfere in or even close Robert Mueller’s investigation.
But we can stop the madness. If Democrats take back Congress, we can ensure the President is fully investigated and stop his future court nominees. And if more women serve in government, fewer men will have the opportunity to abuse their power.
Chip in $5 before Sept. 30 to each of the women on our Fast Cash slate—10 women in flippable, toss-up House races where your dollar can do the most good.
Now is a critical time for all campaigns. September 30 is a major financial reporting deadline, the second-to-last such deadline before Election Day. Good fundraising numbers that campaigns report right now can give them a burst of momentum—and poor ones can send a campaign into turmoil.
That’s why we’re rolling out our Fast Cash slate this week. It’s 10 candidates in races that are so close that an extra canvasser, or ad, paid for with what you give right now, can make the difference between winning and losing.
They are: Cindy Axne (IA-3), Lauren Underwood (IL-14), Sharice Davids (KS-3), Amy McGrath (KY-6), Elissa Slotkin (MI-8), Angie Craig (MN-2), Xochitl Torres Small (NM-2), Lizzie Pannill Fletcher (TX-7), Gina Ortiz Jones (TX-23), and Abigail Spanberger (VA-7).
Chip in $5 to each of them before the Sept. 30 fundraising deadline.
Thanks,
