We have a new US Senate candidate!

Early this morning, Rep. Elissa Slotkin (MI-7) announced she is running to fill the seat left vacant by retiring Sen. Debbie Stabenow.

She is the *first* Democratic candidate to enter the race—and a big fundraising haul today can help ensure she clears the field on both sides of the aisle.

Chip in to her race on Day 1 via our 2024 Senate slate.

The only other candidates to declare in the race are two far-right Republicans with low statewide name recognition. On the left, Elissa could see a challenge from Democratic activist and actor, Hill Harper. Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and Rep. Debbie Dinged have not yet said what they will do.

She’s hoping that breaking fundraising records on Day 1 of her campaign can help her clear the field.

Elissa is a former intelligence officer who did three tours of duty in Iraq, served in the Obama White House, and has won three toss-up US House races. She’s the right choice for Democrats and all Michiganders. Give $5 or more to her now.
