Just dropping a short note to remind you that WomenCount is a small, budget-conscious organization with a big goal: Elect more women up and down the ballot, while making political giving simpler, more personal and more fun.
When we unveiled our crowdfunding platform in 2015, we hoped we could disrupt the world of political giving by taking the ask out of the hands of the dozens of candidates, campaigns and organizations who fill your inbox on a daily basis, and into our personal networks to support slates of progressive women candidates.
And we did: Since 2015, we’ve raised more than $9 million for hundreds of candidates running at all levels, from school board to the presidency, all from individual donors like you.
