As a circuit court judge, Brett Kavanaugh ruled to block a migrant team from being able to access abortion, and he once dissented in a ruling that upheld the ACA.

It was already clear one of Trump’s top goals with this nominee would be to repeal Roe. When asked in 2015 if overturning it would be a litmus test for his appointees, he said, point blank: “It is.”

We’re counting on Democrats to do all they can to block Kavanaugh. But the truth is, now that Republicans have gotten rid of the filibuster for Supreme Court nominees, he will be on the Court even if every single Democrat opposes him.
